In-Office (Pick-up only)
Pick up 4 weeks of your prescription in-office to self-administer or come in weekly for injections (if relevant). Initial consult is $50: In-person or telehealth consultation to determine eligibility. Please have most recent lab results available for provider. Prefer labs <6 months old. Must have a BMI of 28 or higher- OR already be on GLP-1 for weight loss. We do not manage diabetic patients. Appetite suppressant/stimulants have strict prescribing guidelines and is delivered to home.
