All booking deposits will be retained for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no exceptions. In most cases, those appointments without a deposit that results in a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If custom products have been ordered for a procedure/treatment and the client no-shows or cancels without completing the appointment within two weeks, they will be charged the full price of the treatment to their deposit card on file.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued, as consumable materials and provider time are not returnable. If there is an issue or concern, the provider will do everything reasonable to address and manage the concerns of the client.
